Timothy M. Moriarty, Attorney

Tim joined the firm in 2015 as an associate attorney. His areas of focus are criminal defense, civil litigation, and commercial and residential landlord/tenant issues.

Prior to joining the firm, Tim practiced law in Western Massachusetts for four years, returning to Martha’s Vineyard in 2012 where he opened his own practice in Edgartown. A 2008 Suffolk University Law School graduate, Tim is a fourth generation attorney. He has handled hundreds of criminal cases, has trial experience at the District Court and Superior Court levels, and has assisted in the defense of federal court criminal prosecutions.
